LHA's 2018 Spirit of Hospitality Award
For the fourth year, LHA has partnered with the Louisville Tourism to take part in the ROSE Awards. The ROSE Awards showcase excellence in the hospitality industry in our area. The winner in each ROSE Award category is eligible for this award, which carries with it a $1000 cash prize from LHA.
This year’s winner is Judd Gibbs, Guest Services Ambassador at the Omni Louisville. Here is a quote from one of several nominations that Judd received for the ROSE Awards: “I have seen him many times help his co-workers without so much as the blink of an eye. I asked him once why he was like that (because you don't see if very often anymore) and his response was, ‘if I help someone today, they may help someone else tomorrow, and the world becomes a better place.’ That is character gold.” Read the full statement here.
